The course will also detail the importance of transaction decisions, and describe processes and procedures to be conducted before every type of transaction. After completing this program, the learner will have a solid understanding of the following:

  • Appropriate methods for conducting withdrawals for customers.
  • Various types of negotiable instruments available for purchase by customers.

  • The proper procedures for handling numbers.

This course will give an overview of the types of robberies that can occur within a financial institution and preventative measures that financial institutions and their employees should take in the event of a robbery. Additionally the learner will gain the skill to observe his or her surroundings and be able to put financial institution security measures into effect. Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to understand:

  • Types of robberies.

Additionally, the course will detail market derivatives and their importance as tradable financial instruments.   • Derivatives pricing.

This course will introduce the learner to the various duties and objectives of bank notaries. The learner will become acquainted with the process and procedures surrounding identity verification, oaths, and more. After completing this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Verify identities, notarize oaths and affirmations.
  • Certify copies and depositions, and confirm affidavits and verifications.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest by knowing when to say no.

This course will introduce the learner to the position of notary at the financial institution. The course will familiarize the learner with his/her responsibilities as a notary by providing detailed information regarding the proper use of the notary journal, acknowledgment forms, and seals and stamps.   • What jurats and acknowledgements are and how they are used.
  • The potential penalties for notary misconduct.

This course will introduce the learner to Non-Deposit Investment Products (NDIPs) and their purposes. The course will discuss general guidelines that must be followed for compliance to regulatory agencies. After completing tis program, the learner will understand:

  • Nature of disclosures.
