The Bank of Canton switched to Banker’s Academy during the summer of 2008. Having used other online training systems, I was impressed by the catalogue of available compliance courses, as well as customer service and basics of banking courses.
The flexibility of not needing to finish courses in one sitting has been well received by our branch staff. The staff likes the interactive sessions rather than just reading narratives about regulations. Excellent reporting features are provided that is valuable not just for me at the bank-wide level but also for managers and supervisors at a department level.
